These terms apply to the AI Homework Feedback service on learnwithec.com, offered by E&C Academy (“we”). By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

During the pilot, the service is available to parents and guardians of E&C Academy students who have received an access code from us. Please do not share your access code. You must be the student’s parent or guardian, and you should upload only your own student’s work.

What the service does

The service uses artificial intelligence to read photos of math work, mark each problem, suggest corrections, and create practice problems. It is a learning aid, not a replacement for a teacher.

AI can make mistakes

The AI may misread handwriting, judge an answer incorrectly, or write a practice problem or answer that contains an error. Please review the feedback with your student and contact us if something looks wrong. Do not rely on the service for decisions about grades, placement, or anything else important without checking the work yourself.

Fair use

• Use the service for your student’s own learning. Follow your school’s rules; do not use it to complete graded tests or assignments where outside help is not allowed.
• Do not upload content that is not math work, that you do not have the right to share, or that contains other people’s personal information.
• Do not try to bypass the access code or daily limits, or use automated tools to access the service.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them, as described in the Privacy Policy, only to provide the feedback. Worksheets and textbook problems may belong to their publishers; the service is meant for checking your student’s own work, not for copying or distributing published materials.

Pilot, availability and fees

The service is offered free of charge during the pilot. It may change, be limited, or stop at any time. If we introduce fees, we will explain them clearly and ask for your agreement before charging anything.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, E&C Academy is not responsible for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We may update them from time to time and will post the new version here with a new date.
